Brief History of Zambia Airways
Began as a state airline in 1967,what is unique about this Boeing 737-200 was that it was used for schedule services as well as VIP government service to regional countries, by the then President [ Known as 'KK ' ]. I had also flown on this aircraft between Lusaka and Ndola where domestic traffic was the heaviest. Zambia Airways ceased operations in 1995 after Financial difficulties.
